Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-29 · Controller: Anchorly LTD, registered in England & Wales

1. Who we are

fastDraft is operated by Anchorly LTD, registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). For privacy enquiries contact support@anchorly.co. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

  • Booking and contact data — name, work email, company, and anything you tell us when you book a discovery call or email us.
  • Engagement data — topic briefs, voice samples, feedback, and article revisions you share so we can deliver the service.
  • Product credentials (optional) — when you grant us access to your product for screenshot capture, credentials are stored in a per-client secrets vault, used only at run time, never logged in plaintext, and revoked at the end of the engagement.
  • Site analytics — minimal, privacy-preserving traffic data (page views, referrer, country) so we know what’s working. No cross-site tracking.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

  • Contract — to deliver the service you’ve subscribed to.
  • Legitimate interest — to run and improve the business (replying to enquiries, basic analytics, fraud prevention).
  • Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.

4. Retention

Engagement records are kept for the duration of the contract plus six years (UK statutory minimum for accounting records). Product credentials are revoked at engagement end. Discovery-call notes for prospects who don’t convert are deleted within twelve months.

5. Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors we need to run the service (hosting, payments, email). Each sub-processor is bound by a data-processing agreement and is listed on request.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, or object to processing. Email support@anchorly.co. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to run the site. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance.
